Terms of Service

These terms are a product-ready baseline for ORVAULT and should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel for your business, pricing model and applicable jurisdiction.

1. Agreement

By creating or using an ORVAULT account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use ORVAULT on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

ORVAULT provides tools for companies to create a customer recording link, receive short video submissions and manage those submissions from a private company dashboard. Features may change as the product develops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Account information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or organization.

4. Customer consent and content

You are responsible for how you invite customers to record, what you ask them to provide, and whether you have the appropriate consent and rights to collect, store, publish, edit or distribute submitted videos. You must not use ORVAULT to collect content unlawfully or without required permissions.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use ORVAULT to violate law or another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or abuse the recording and storage infrastructure.

6. Your content

You retain responsibility for content submitted through your recording link. You grant ORVYM LABS the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to provide ORVAULT and its related technical functions.

7. Availability

We aim to keep ORVAULT reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure failures, network issues, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Deletion and suspension

We may suspend or restrict accounts that create security, legal or operational risks. You may delete recordings using available dashboard controls. Account termination may affect access to stored content, so maintain your own copies of important videos.

9. Disclaimers

ORVAULT is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every customer will submit a testimonial, that every browser/device will support recording, or that submitted content will achieve any particular marketing result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORVYM LABS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any additional liability limits should be set out in your commercial agreement or reviewed by counsel.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
