Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ORVYM LABS LLC (“ORVYM”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use ORVAULT. It is written for the current product and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before production use in regulated jurisdictions.
1. Information we collect
When a company creates an ORVAULT account, we may collect its company name, account email address, password hash, account timestamps and information needed to operate the service.
When a customer uses a company’s recording link, the service may receive the customer name and email if they choose to provide them, along with the video recording, recording duration, file metadata and submission time.
2. How we use information
- To create and authenticate company accounts.
- To receive, store and display customer testimonial recordings for the requesting company.
- To provide dashboard, viewing, download and deletion functions.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To communicate about account or service matters when necessary.
3. Customer videos
A customer video submitted through a company’s recording link is collected on behalf of that company. The company that requested the testimonial is responsible for deciding why the video is collected and how it is used after submission.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not intend to sell customer testimonial recordings or account information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, storage, security or other service providers that are necessary to operate ORVAULT, or disclosed where required by law, court order or to protect the rights and safety of the service and its users.
5. Retention and deletion
Company users can delete recordings through the ORVAULT dashboard. Account and technical records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security, legal, dispute-resolution or operational purposes.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, including authenticated company access and protected storage paths. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
Company users can update account information through the available service controls or contact the service operator for assistance. Customers who submitted a video should normally contact the company that requested the testimonial for requests relating to that recording.
8. Children
ORVAULT is not intended for children under the minimum age required to use online services in their jurisdiction. Do not submit a child’s image or personal information unless you have the necessary authority and consent.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as ORVAULT evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
