Acceptable Use Policy

ORVAULT is designed for legitimate customer feedback and testimonial collection. This policy defines the basic boundaries for responsible use.

1. Allowed use

Use ORVAULT to request and manage genuine customer recordings, reviews, feedback, reactions, case-study material and other lawful business communications.

2. You must not

• Collect or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Upload or request intimate, exploitative or otherwise abusive material.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate or target people unlawfully.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, discover private recording links, probe storage paths or access another company’s data.
• Upload malware, scripts or files intended to damage or disrupt systems.
• Use automated traffic or storage abuse to degrade the service for other customers.
• Request personal information that you do not have a legitimate reason or appropriate permission to collect.

3. Consent

When requesting a customer testimonial, you are responsible for giving the customer enough information to understand what they are recording and how you intend to use it. Obtain any consent required for publication, advertising, editing, voice/image use or other downstream marketing use.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and may remove content, restrict recording access or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or legal interests.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe an ORVAULT recording link or account is being used abusively, contact ORVYM LABS through the support/contact channel associated with the service.
